Meet Elgars
Pixel Commerce is run by Elgars, currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science while bringing ten years of business-development experience across products and services.
That combination is the reason Pixel Commerce exists: most agencies are strong on either the technical build or the business side, rarely both. Elgars works across both — writing and reviewing the code, but also thinking about pricing, positioning, and content strategy, not just shipping whatever's asked for.
